Allison Ulrich

Staff Attorney

As a Staff Attorney for HomeBase, Allison Ulrich supports technical assistance to aid states and communities in their work to end homelessness. She conducts research and produces reports, surveys, and other tools, and helps to organize and facilitate convenings and trainings. Prior to working for HomeBase, Ms. Ulrich developed and implemented housing counseling services, housing search assistance, and related eviction defense services for low-income clients in Santa Clara County. She also provided a broad array of housing consultation, training, and program development services to the VA Palo Alto Health Care System’s Domiciliary Service, HCHV Program, Grant & Per Diem grantee agencies, and HCHV contract agencies and executed an array of Housing Development Specalist functions for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System's HUD-VASH Program. Ms. Ulrich received her JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
