Jeremy Haile is a Staff Lawyer at HomeBase. He is an integral part of the firm's HUD team, with a focus on providing technical assistance to communities working to end youth homelessness. He also works on federal policy analysis and advocacy.
Prior to joining HomeBase, Jeremy handled federal advocacy at The Sentencing Project, a criminal justice reform organization in Washington, D.C. He also served as a staffer on Capitol Hill, where he was instrumental in passing legislation, signed into law by President Obama, to promote access to legal aid. Earlier, Jeremy worked as a case manager for individuals experiencing homelessness in Dallas and served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Armenia.
Jeremy received a B.A. in political science from Abilene Christian University and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. He and his wife Jen love traveling the world with friends and returning home to San Francisco.
