Meagan Bachman

Meagan T. Bachman’s practice focuses on construction contract disputes and other complex commercial issues in both arbitration and litigation. She has served as lead and co-lead counsel on a number of international arbitrations and mediations involving large infrastructure projects. She has substantial experience in international and domestic arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Meagan represents clients in construction and other commercial matters in a variety of proceedings conducted under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, American Arbitration Association, and JAMS. In addition to her disputes advocacy work, Meagan regularly counsels clients on contract matters relating to major construction and public infrastructure projects, including disputes avoidance and early resolution of disputes.
Meagan is deeply interested in homelessness prevention, mitigation and, ultimately, eradication. Concurrent with her interest in infrastructure and construction projects, Meagan has served on the Board of Directors for Homebase, the Center for Common Concerns, for 12 years.
