As a Senior Policy Analyst at Homebase, Alex (she/her/ella) works with Bay Area Continuums of Care to provide technical assistance, training, and support to communities as they work to advance their capacity to center and address the needs of unhoused community members. Alex comes to Homebase with extensive experience in social justice advocacy serving unhoused communities, advancing houselessness and housing policy, and grassroots organizing throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Her work is centered around social, racial, and economic justice for the creation of more equitable systems. Additionally, Alex holds a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Social Welfare from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs.
