Eli Hamilton
Directing Attorney
Eli collaborates closely with his team to support the Santa Clara County and San Mateo County Continuums of Care. As a Directing Attorney, he assists his communities with CoC grant compliance, training design and facilitation, needs assessment, and strategic planning to end homelessness. Eli also works extensively with program-level and system-level performance measurement, including development and user support for Homebase’s Program Evaluation and Scoring Tool (PRESTO), a web-based platform for analyzing the performance of homeless housing and service projects and systems of care. Eli’s work at Homebase combines his love of spreadsheets, community collaboration, local policy, and biking downhill to work. Before studying law, he taught 3rd Grade in Gallup, New Mexico. He holds a BA in Linguistics from Pomona College and a JD from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
