Dr. Felicia Gorman has nearly 15 years of experience in research and evaluation within the non-profit and public policy sectors. Trained in quantitative and qualitative research methods, Felicia works with Homebase staff and local communities on evaluation and research initiatives. Felicia previously served in a research capacity at the New York City Department of Education and the Institute for Children, Poverty, and Homelessness, both in New York City. In addition to a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Gorman holds a Ph.D. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Demography at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
