George is Directing Analyst at Homebase, providing technical assistance and training on HUD’s homeless programs to communities throughout the country. He has over five years of experience providing expertise on topics such as homeless systems structure and governance, HUD program requirements, system performance and planning, the annual Continuum of Care competition, and data analysis. Before entering the housing field, George worked as a community organizer and as a research assistant on a study of local government technology. He holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Louis University. George joined Homebase in 2017 and is based in New Orleans, but he is a long-suffering fan of the sports teams from his hometown of Chicago.
