As the Associate Grants Assurance Manager at Homebase, Joseline provides administrative and contract management support to the Federal Programs team. Her expertise includes community relations, strategic planning, system integrations, and grants management. She joined Homebase after working with multiple nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area providing legal services to low-income immigrant communities. She is an immigrant herself and was raised in San Jose, CA. In her free time, she enjoys going to the park with her dog Athena, hiking, and planning game nights with friends. Joseline holds a BA in Political Science and Global Poverty from the University of California, Berkeley.
