As a Directing Analyst at Homebase, Michele works with communities throughout
California to increase their capacity to address homelessness through technical
assistance, training and individualized support.

Michele has over two decades of experience working with and on behalf of underserved
communities. Throughout her career, Michele has focused on building strong,
multisector coalitions that center and amplify the voices of people with lived experiences
of homelessness. Prior to joining Homebase, Michele worked in the nonprofit and public
sectors to promote equitable access to affordable housing and supportive services for
families, seniors, and transition age youth.

Michele holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Public
Policy from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy.
