As a Policy Analyst at Homebase, Saadiqah works with Bay Area Continuums of Care to provide training, technical assistance, and support in evaluating and addressing needs and goals according to evidence-based best practices. Prior to joining Homebase, Saadiqah specialized in researching and analyzing legislation pertaining to criminal justice reform. Her experience and expertise extended to facilitating access to legal services for individuals with criminal records, supporting their reentry and reintegration into society. Saadiqah also devoted her efforts to a children's advocacy organization. Here, she provided legal support and social work services to children within the foster care system, deepening her commitment to working for and alongside populations impacted by structural harm. Saadiqah holds a BA in History, and she further pursued her academic journey by obtaining a JD from Florida AM University College of Law, solidifying her foundation in law and enabling her to effect equitable change through her work.
